(NX 716 639) A partitioned rectangular structure, orientated north-east to south-west, survives within trees at north end of Balmaghie House estate. The larger rectangular east section is joined on the west side by a second, square, chamber. The structure is poorly preserved with no obvious sign of an entrance. It measures 12m by 5m as a whole; the E chamber measures 8m by 5m, and the W chamber 4m by 4m. It is situated in an area of quarrying and drainage.
