NT 0665 1287 to 0698 1257 NT01SE 41

Disposed across a S-facing slope to the NW of Corehead steading (NT01SE 53), there are traces of lynchets and a thin scatter of clearance cairns. At the NW extremity of the scatter of cairns and at the rear of a terrace, there are the grass-grown stone wall-footings of a subrectangular hut with slightly rounded end-walls, measuring 9.2m from ESE to WNW by 3.2m transversely overall.

Visited by RCAHMS (IMS, SPH), June 1992.

Listed as cairnfield and hut.

RCAHMS 1997.
