Field Visit (22 May 1991)

NT10NE 10 1619 0972

Situated a short distance from the edge of a terrace high up on the E side of Moffatdale (and at an altitude of about 385m OD), there is a standing stone. The long axis of the stone is aligned E-W, and it stands to a height of 1.45m and measures 1.25m by up to 0.6m at the base.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS), 22 May 1991.

Listed as standing stone.
