RCAHMS Afforestable Land Survey, Cathertuns

NO56NW 18.02 5393 6584.

This house is situated about 15m NE of NO56NW 18.1 on a broader part of the same low ridge. It measures 10m in diameter over a ditch which varies from 1.7m to 2.5m in breadth; there are gaps on the SSW and the SSE, the latter perhaps being the entrance. There are two small cairns in the immediate vicinity.

Visited by RCAHMS (DCC) 14 September 1989.
