An axe of pale grey stone, 5.6ins long by 2.5 ins in maximum breadth, found at Achintoul (NC 873335) Kinbrace, under 8ft. of peat, is in Dunrobin Museum, probably received in 1868. (Accession no. 1868.1). Information from A S Henshall (Dunrobin museum catalogue) to OS 1966
