This site was visited as part of the RCAHMS Scottish Farm Buildings Survey on 25 January 2001. The farmstead consists of a farmhouse with a large group of outbuildings. Located immediately to the N of the farmhouse is a U-shaped steading, open to the S, which consists of byres and stables with a granary above and the other outbuildings beyond to the N and NW.
