NX45SW 10 4229 5423.

(Area: NX 424 542) Standing Stone, Bladnoch Village - In the wall opposite the houses that form the street of Bladnock Village at its E end is a standing stone, a boulder of granite about 5'6" in height. The soil has been removed from it to the base on the roadside, but in the field it is covered for about a couple of feet.

RCAHMS 1912.

This standing stone, as described, is located at NX 4229 5423.

Surveyed at 1/2500.

Visited by OS (RD) 18 August 1970.
