(probably the trig point shown on 25").

Activities

Field Visit (May 1981)

Haggstone Moor 1 NX 057 725 NX07SE 12

This cairn, which is situated on a low knoll on the W shoulder of Haggstone Moor, has been reduced to a rim of cairn material about 15.8m in diameter over all with eight kerb-stones on the SW. What may have been a second cairn was noted by Gray 350m to the E but its site has now been afforested.

RCAHMS 1981, visited May 1981
