NT 770 539. Cropmarks reveal an enclosure, probably a settlement, 200m S of Borthwick Quarry. Roughly oval on plan, it measures about 45m by 40m within a ditch up to 2m broad, with possible entrances on the E and SW respectively. (RCAHMSAP, flown 1976).
