(NT 5346 8518) Long Cist found AD 1960 (NAT)

OS 6" map (1971)

A long cist with part of a skeleton was found at Easter Ferrygate Gardens, North Berwick. An iron spear head and fragments of another skeleton were found in disturbed soil at the E end of the cist. (See also NT58NW 6).

The find spot was pointed out by the owner of the gardens.
