NC63SE 14 6630 3298

At NC 6630 3298, in a southwest facing hillside and in proximity of hut-circles (NC63SE 12 and NC63SE 13) is a burnt mound. It is 8.5m diameter by 0.6m high and has a concentric depression in the SE side, opening onto wet ground; some erosion of the heather-cover shows blackened earth and friable stone.

Surveyed at 1:10,560 and 1:10,000.
