No trace of a cairn at HU 2420 8034 but at HU 2428 8030 is a small "heel"-shaped quarry with several large stones protruding from the turf. This is probably the site referred to by Inkster.
Immediately to the E of the quarry and possibly associated are the remains of a rectangular enclosure, about 20.0m by about 15.0m, of indeterminate age.
