A 17th-century rectangular dovecot.

A roofless rectangular dovecot, in fair condition.

Visited by OS 12 March 1959.

The recovery of 18th-century bottle glass (see NT18SW 56) suggests that this dovecot dates from the 18th century.

Field Visit (12 June 1928)

Dovecots, Inverkeithing.

In the burgh there are three rectangular dovecots dating from the late 17th century. Two stand in the gardens between the houses and the railway, while the third lies to the north-east in what was formerly the orchard of Rosebery House.
