Not to be confused with Falkirk, High Station (NS 88279 79104), for which see NS87NE 48.00.

(Location cited as NS 888 803). Opened c. 1848 by the Stirlingshire Midland Junction Rly, and rebuilt c. 1880. A 2-platform through station, with the main offices on the down platform, in a 2-storey, red-and-white-brick block with single-storey wings, incorporating a dwelling-house. The building has awnings on both street and platform sides, supported on cast-iron columns. The up-platform building is a single-storey brick structure, also with a substantial awning. the platforms are linked by a lattice-girder footbridge.

This intermediate station was opened, as Grahamston (Falkirk) station, on 1 October 1850 by the Edinburgh and Glasgow (Stirlingshire Midland Junction) Rly. It was renamed Falkirk Grahamston station on 1 February 1903, and remains in regular passenger use.
