On the farm of Underbank, near Crossford, a small stone celt or chisel was found in 1842, and is now in the collection of J G McKirdy of Birkwood. It is of cream-coloured agate, 2 1/2" long and 1 1/2" broad.

No further information regarding provenance or present whereabouts of this implement was obtained during field investigation.
