NS79SE 47 79 94.

A double-edges sword, 34 1/2" long with a reversed guard and a wooden hilt, was found in peat moss at Stirling Bridge. It was purchased by the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS) in 1886 (accession no. L.A. 50) (S Maxwell, NMAS).
