NS69SW 16 64 94.

It is reported in 1796 that a timber trackway similar to that at Blair Drummond (see NS79NW 17) was discovered in 'Moss Logan' (in Kippen parish). The area of the discovery has not been located.

"Mr Stirling of Carden informed me lately, that in his moss near Kippen (NS 64 94) another subterranean road has been discovered made of wood, part of which was nicely mortised. The extent of it has not as yet been ascertained" (J Ramsay 1814, unpublished MSS in NLS).
