NS 6069 5822. Possible cairn base, 18m in diameter, very faint, in open ground 65m S of the edge of Big Wood.

An archaeological field survey was carried out by Association of Certificated Field Archaeologists in the Cathkin Braes area on the S side of Glasgow. The 'possible cairn base' (NS 6069 5822) could not be confirmed, only bedrock was visible at that location.
