Steading: On E bank of Linn Burn, above a Drove Ford, and in a loop of the stream, associated with rigged land to the S and E, bounded on the N by the Roman Road, refurbished as a heavy turf head-dyke. A raised platform, probably to support a timber house, 12.3m x 6.1m with sunk floor at N end. To W is a semi-circular scooped area, partly stone lined. A grave mound 3.6m x 2m lies 20m to N.
