Aerial Photographic Interpretation (10 October 2022)

A small cluster of quarries of probable post medieval date have been recorded as cropmarking on an oblique photograph (RCAHMPSAP 2018) on gently sloping ground about 275m W of West Meikle Pinkerton. The quarries are visible as a series of dark marks, forming a small cluster measuring about 80m from NE to SW by about 107m
