Activities

Field Visit (4 September 2017)

There is politically-motivated street art, chalked on the south-east side of a tenement building that stands on the corner of West Graham Street and Dalhousie Street. The chalked symbols represent British Sign Language symbols for the word AYE. This reference to the dialect term for 'yes', is a reference to the Scottish Independence Referendum held in September 2014.

Visited by HES Survey and Recording (AGCH) 4 September 2015.
