OS 25" map (1966)

A 17th century rectangular lean-to dovecot, measuring 11 1/2' x 12'. The walls are of harled rubble, with a slate roof and crow-stepped flanks.

RCAHMS 1933, visited 1927; SDD List 1962

The dovecot is as described though it lies in a walled garden with locked gates and is not accessible.

DOVECOT. At the north-east corner of the site is a rectangular dovecot, measuring externally 11 ½ feet by 12 feet and dating from the 17th century.
