Three storey early 20th century block of flats situated on the W side of Ferryhills Road about 63m NE of North Queensferry station (NT18SW 118). A second block now demolished formerly stood on the E side of the road, and new housing now stands on the site.
The blocks of flats is first depicted on the Revision Edition of the OS 25-inch map (Fife, 1915).
