The map sheet and quasi-administrative area assigned to this record are essentially tentative. Udrigal is presumably to be equated with Udrigle, on the W shore of Gruinard Bay. Udrigle House (NG89SE 15) is situated at NG 89569 93617.

The information cited by Whittaker refers to the sighting of the vessel. It remains uncertain whether and where she subsequently stranded or foundered.
