A ruined drainage pipe outlet support and breakwater. Concrete wall 1m high to W side by 0.5m wide by 30m long from refinery well above High Water Mark gives way to 11 (or more) concrete pillars running out beyond Low Water Mark. 4th pillar out is collapsed. Each is (was) 1m high by 0.4m square.
