Nothing is visible of this building, which stood 430m NW of Toberiae farmsteading (NJ01NE 44), in what is now scrubby woodland immediately NE of the public road. The building is depicted roofed on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet LX), but it is not shown on the 2nd edition of the map (1902, sheet LX).
