Archaeology Notes

NO12SW 126 1204 2363

During excavation of the foundations for an extension to the General Accident Building a sequence of occupation deposits was uncovered, sealing remains of wattle-work and posts. Sherds of medieval pottery, now in RMS, were found in the over lying midden.
