Inverlochy Village Largely intact 'garden suburb' development, James Bow Dunn for the North British Aluminium Company, 1925 and early 1930s. Built to house company employees, it had its own Arts & Crafts-style estate office in Montrose Avenue (now Rowan House, an NHS Social Office) and shopping parade/ tradesman's workshops in a pair of splayed terraces flanking the entrance to Lundy Road - Battlefield and Lochy Crescents, with shop fronts between pilastered classical doorways.
