A building was recorded at this site during an archaeological desktop survey for the Resolis Water Mains Renewal Project. It is marked as a roofed building on the 1st edition OS map of 1880 but is not marked on the 2nd edition of 1907. It is not marked on the 1992 OS map or the latest edition. The site is visible as an area of dense undergrowth on aerial photography of 1946 and 1973.
