A building was recorded here as part of a desktop survey for the Resolis Water Main Renewal Project (NH 536 070 - centred). It is marked on the 1st edition OS map of 1880 as roofed and aligned N-S. The 2nd edition shows two buildings, aligned E-W. The OS 1:10,000 map, 1991, shows one building with two compartments. This building can be seen as a ruin on aerial photographs of 1954, 1969 and 1973.
