Site Management (19 October 2001)

3-storey 3-window at 1st, 2 at 2nd with lower piend roofed annexe of 2 windows. Painted rubble front, moulded windows, crowstepped gables, modern ground floor shop. One chimney rebuilt in brick.

The OSA v 8 p179 noted "Formerly the generality of house in Newburgh were low built and covered with thatch of straw or reeds. Of late a better style of architecture has prevailed." (Historic Scotland)
