Caledonian Railway Engineer's Department, built 1902-3. Two two storey red brick buildings, one 11 bay, the other 6 bay, with ancillary blocks. There is a one storey, 10 bay office block built in 1902. A narrow-gauge hand-operated tramway serves the sawmills.
