Site Management (12 August 2014)

Designed as part of 3-storey classical terrace to south of square(numbers 1-29) by David Hamilton and Robert Black, 1830. Ashlar, mostly painted; base course. Modern shops at ground, mostly retaining regular piers of original fronts. No.15-19 forms first 5-bay advanced block within terrace elevation, arranged 11-5-13-5, from W to E. Simple architraves to 1st floor windows, with frieze and cornice above 2nd floor. Giant order pilasters to 1st and 2nd floors, and with attic windows in parapet. Plate-glass sash and case windows. Slate roofs.
