This building formerly stood immediately NE of the entrance lock (NT27NE 57.48) to Victoria Dock (NT27NE 57.06). It has apparently been demolished, and is not indicated on the current edition of the OS (GIS) AIB. A road (Ocean Drive) apparently crosses its site.
