Horsaclett, c.1890 Pretty colonial style lodge erected for the Hebridean Sporting Association, probably from one of the many ornamental building kits available for mail order purchase from iron companies such as Morton & Co. Timber clad inside and out, with a bright corrugated iron roof, it stands in a windscorched grove, an oasis in a stony desert.
