Site Management (27 April 2010)

Single-storey school, with 2-storey, detached schoolhouse to south. Rubble built, with yellow ashlar dressings. School: 3 broad bays; central bay advanced and gabled, with 3 close-spaced windows (tall central light) and flanked by curved porch (separate boys' and girls' entrances) in re-entrant angle. Single windows to outer bays. Straight skews and end stacks.

A good example of an immediately post-education act school, little altered. Local slates from Kilchiaran (Historic Scotland)
