A Dutch frigate, of 44 guns, was on shore on Sunda [Sanday] Island, Orkneys, 2d instant, and about 500 men had landed from her. Two other frigates [HY64NW 8004 and HY64NW 8005 ] were seen on that coast the following day.

The UTRECHT Dutch frigate, of 38 guns, from Helvoetfluys, (from whence she sailed 15th ult., in company with two other frigates), was wrecked on the Island of Sanda [Sanday], in the Orkneys, 26th ult. About 100 of the crew drowned: the remainder, (about 350), made prisoners.
