Archaeology Notes

NR85NE 70 89747 57315

A brick and concrete observation tower is situated immediately to the W of the B8001 road about 250m S of Araneigh farmsteading. It measures approximately 25 ft square and is about 40 ft high. The building faces S and there are windows on each of the W,S and E elevations with the entrance and steps on the N side.
