(Location cited as NS 734 547). Avon Mill, early 19th century. The ruins of a 3-storey and attic rubble building on an L plan, with the skeleton and some paddles of a 6-spoke, low-breast paddle wheel, about 3ft (0.91m) wide by 16ft (4.88m) diameter, with wood spokes and paddles, and iron rings and axle. There is also a turbine, now inaccessible.

Field Visit (2017)
The mill has been demolished and replaced by a modern building.
At the time of the survey, some pieces of mill machinery, including
a possible mill-stone, were lying in the garden.
