In Inverurie Museum are the following stone implements from Peathill (NJ 82 18):
3 barbed and tanged flint arrowheads (Accession nos: AD 191 - 193);
a leaf-shaped flint arrowhead (Acc No: A 216), found in 1884. Part of the John Kerr collection;
a stone axe, 6 1/8" long (Accession no: AF 43), loaned by A J Reid, Barnet, Herts., in 1961; and
a polished stone axe (Accession no: AF 59).

Inverurie Museum AF 43 (Clough and Cummins ABN 85) remains petrologically unattributed, but AF 59 (ABN 98) has been identified as altered porphyritic dolerite.

The collection of Inverurie Museum has been re-catalogued, but the new catalogue is incomplete and there is no easy system of identifying the new accession numbers of these artefacts.
