This post-war Gun Operations Room is situated within Calderglen Country Park a 100m SW of Torrance House. A large two-storey concrete building with one level below ground. In addition there is a radio mast, guard room and the perimeter fence still extant.

This Gun Operations Room (GOR) built around the 1950s and later used as a regional Seat of Government. More recently it has been used as a store for the Country Park.
