This early-20th-century courtyard farmstead includes a byre with an external stair to the granary above, sheep pens which may formerly have been stables or a byre, a barn and threshing barn with a granary above and the site of a water wheel to the rear, and cart sheds and stables with a hay loft above. There is also a 1960s concete silo tower and a late-20th-century covered cattle court with ridge ventilation which occupies the yard. The farmhouse lies to the SSW (NJ82SE 88). The farmstead is constructed of squared granite rubble and has slate or corrugated-iron roofs. When visited in 2000 it was in good condition.
