A stone axe, very neatly finished, about 9 inches long and 5 inches across the edge was found about 1863, by Alexander Thomson's son, Old Leslie.

Name Book 1866.

The present whereabouts of this stone axe, which was found on the NE flank of Bin Hill in about 1863, is not known.
