Archaeology Notes

HY40NE 29.01 47188 08923

A round concrete Norcon type pillbox is situated in the corner of a field 70m SE of Heatheryquoy farmsteading. The pillbox has six loopholes and an entrance hatch on the top.

The pillbox forms part of the Inganess Stop Line (PRO WO/199/2729).
