OS 6" map, (1959)

A mound of earth and stones which has been excavated, but nothing was found. The name possibly means "The mound on the crest of the hill". Name Book 1867.

Tor Sliasg, the remains of a cairn measuring c.14.0m NW-SE by 12.0m NE-SW and 1.2m high. The N arc is mutilated, and the centre has been quarried away, and rubbish dumped into it.
