Aerial Photographic Transcription (23 January 2012)
This roundhouse and 2 pits have been recorded as cropmarks on oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 2009). The field boundaries are depicted on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (1908, sheet 68NT58se). The roundhouse is circular in plan and defined by a ditch about 1.55m wide. The enclosed area is 12.9m in diameter with an entrance 2.6m wide at the E. Two roughly circular pits are located just to the SW of the entrance, about 2.6m in diameter
