This farmstead comprises a building and an enclosure of which the latter is cut by the Castle Sike. The building measures 8.4m from NNE to SSW by 2.8m transversely within turf banks spread to 0.9m in thickness and 0.15m in height, and there is the stub of a partition on the E side of the interior. Trapezoidal on plan, the enclosure is defined by a low bank.
