Architect: Henry Edward Clifford 1909-23

'Edwardian classical' building housing two halls, the larger with organ, choir seating and gallery seating at upper level; the smaller or lesser hall with stage at north end. Recorded prior to significant alteration for conversion to retail use.

The organ was transported to Australia in 2006.

Desk Based Assessment (28 June 2011 - 8 July 2011)

A desk based assessment of this building was made by RCAHMS Threatened Building Survey following receipt of a survey proposal from Perth & Kinross Heritage Trust.

The site will be prioritised for a field visit by TBS staff.
