Archaeology Notes

NG20NW 103 2408 0637

What are probably the remains of a hut now reduced to a low mound are situated in open heather moorland in the broad gully between two ridges of outcrop, high above the SE shore of Camas Thairbearnais. It measures 5.5m in diameter and contains a certain amount of stones, some of which appear to be structural.

(Canna 237).

Visited by RCAHMS (IMS, ARG), 5 June 1994.
