NT05NW 10.04 Centred 0287 5571

An air shaft and small shale bing are situated E of the main shale-oil works at Tarbrax. Depicted on the OS 1:10000 map (1981) as a small square and a hachured mound. These represent an earlier phase of workings to that of the large bings immediately to the W.
